Shipping Policy

  • We ship within 1-2 business days via USPS and UPS.
  • Check your email for a shipment confirmation email.
  • All shipments include a notice to authorities citing the legal framework under which we operate.
  • Zuzuhemp Naturals LLC is not responsible for orders which are stolen from the delivery address, lost in transit or seized

>>Due to the nature of our products and COVID restrictions, once your order has been shipped it can not be canceled. However, if there was a mistake in the order, please reach out at info@zuzuhemp.com, and we will be happy to fix it. 

| PROCESSING TIME |
Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship.
Orders do not go out on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday after 11am PST will be processed the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24-48 hours. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • First Class USPS : $4.50

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
*Insurance for loss or damage up to $5,000 
*Eligible for delivery confirmation services such as Certified Mail®

  • Priority Shipping USPS : $10

Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days
*Includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

  • Heavy Item | Priority Shipping USPS : $15

Orders containing items over 1 lb will be automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Shipping.

*We support shipment to P.O. boxes 

| ORDER TRACKING |
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) and an estimated delivery date. The tracking number will become active once the package hits the mailstream.
 
| CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES |
Zuzuhemp Reserve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY |
We currently ship globally to select countries. However, we are not responsible for delays due to customs, seized packages or additional tariff charges. 

Return Policy

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. However, if a mistake or change of heart occurs, we want to work with you to make sure you’re happy with your Zuzuhemp experience.

    Due to the nature of our products and new COVID restrictions – we can only accept returns on products that are completely UNOPENED with seals UNBROKEN. If there was damage to product during shipping, please take a photo and email it us at info@zuzuhemp.com.

    To begin the return process please email us at info@zuzuhemp.com.
    We offer full refunds in the form of store credit on products that are completely unopened with seals unbroken. The cost of return shipping is not included with original purchase.
    We will process your refund when product is received back to our warehouse.
    Your refund will be sent to you in the form of store credit to the email address provided.
    If the product returned is used, damaged, or tampered with Zuzuhemp reserves the right to provide a partial refund.
